Digital products are available immediately upon purchase from your account dashboard. There are no limits on how many times you can download an item you already purchased. It will remain available for the life of our company and/or your account. If you close your account, we cannot guarantee availability after that, as your data will no longer be available to supply it to you. When you order, instructions for that order will be in your order details.
Digital Services:
Digital services can vary in delivery, due to the custom nature. Adhere to each listing's details, as well as information provided to you upon ordering. These are custom items, such as website creation, written content, logo and other graphic design, and more. Timelines can vary but we do tend to deliver at a fairly competitive time rate. However, we will always do our best to ensure our customers receive quality items they are happy with.
