The Process
Step One: Place your order and we will be in touch within 24 hours (usually sooner), using the email address included in your order. You may feel free to include comments with your order. We will need information about you as a brand or author, your book or product/s, and whether we are promoting you as an author/influencer/entrepreneur, just your book or product/s, or both.
Step Two: Once we have the information we need, we will write one or more strong pitches to get you coverage. We will then pitch as many venues as it takes to get you featured, interviewed, or reviewed in at least 5 locations. At this point, we will have discussed with you whether you'd like just one type of media coverage or a mixture.
Step Three: Each time there is successful media coverage, we will reach out to you regarding the coverage, get any info the venue may need, as well as provide you with the location of the coverage, such as the venue name and URL.
Notes:
The book or product review portion of our pitching service involves reaching out to review bloggers and media sites to find out who is interested in reviewing your book. This often requires providing them with a product sample, an ARC, or a complementary e-version of your book so that they can examine it to provide accurate and honest info in their review.
You are paying for the work we are putting into crafting a pitch, seeking out reviewers/interviewers/features, and then following up with those leads to ensure you get featured in at least 5 locations. We will contact venues for as long as it takes to meet or exceed that goal. This is a publicity service and we are acting on your behalf as your publicist.
Paying for reviews on Amazon and many other places is against their terms and is considered unethical. You are not paying us for reviews and we will not accept payment for reviews.
We reserve the right to reject any work that is not deemed publish-ready by our team. If this happens, you will be refunded, unless you decide to get the work edited with us or another venue and it becomes publish-ready.
